When you report your lease to us, we know to contact the property to collect our advertising fee. - Find a new apartment that features our $100 Rebate offer (Not all of our properties do)
- Tell the leasing agent you found it by using Apartment Yellow Book
- Tell us you've moved in and request your rebate
Once You've Found the Perfect Apartment
The most important part of the process is informing your apartment community you found them using Apartment Yellow Book. It is essential that you write down on your guest card, application or lease that you found your apartment using Apartment Yellow Book. Then register your account on ApartmentYellowBook.com. After you have signed your lease, we’ll use your account to verify your information and send you your $100!
